Good question. I would get to know them first, but people do often "judge a book by its cover." Personally, if I see a good looking girl, I try to get to know them; if I don't like their personality, I won't continue talking or hanging around her. :-)

Her personality always, any guy that says looks is just too shallow. Looks could help, if let's say you're at a bar, you see someone not so great looking, you might not want to talk to him. [Then there's the kind of person that you see at a bar and is not so great looking, but he's looks like a nice guy, who has a lot of friends and not a recluse (this part has nothing to do with my answer, it's just a little add-in I wanted to put in)].

Looks help attract first. But I think, personality is what makes a man stay with a woman or dump her! Personality is more important in the long run, but looks rule in the beginning!

Not gonna lie, I need to be attracted to a girl, but it doesn't matter how good looking she is, if I am not attracted to her personality I will stay clear of her. Looks are important to me but so is personality! Both are equally important in my opinion

a girl attracts mee by her looks..i think personality comes first..but the only way i get to out her personality is byy her looks..
i think the looks stand out the mostt...
