im a 17yrs old male teen whos height is 249 pounds dropped from 268.my height is 5-8 to 5-9.and im currently on a strict diet.but i wanted to know which exercise helps to burn the most amount of calories.thanks 10points best answer

the form of exercise that "you" are most efficient at performing is what's best for you to use. so out of resistance training, swimming, bicycling, running, etc. which one are "you" most efficient at? that's your answer...

Personally I think you should get involved in after school activities year-round. I recommend track & either wrestling or football. You will see the most results from running long distances. If you ran 5 miles a day you would be 180 pounds in 6 months.

running. at least this is what it is for me. what ever exercise leaves you the most physically exhausted at the end probably burns the most for you. weight lifting does burn calories but it isnt aerobic - i like running because it gives you a really though work out and really puts you in shape and to be its the fastest way.

Cardio. Anything that raises your heartrate, like swimming, jogging, aerobics. Weight training also helps because the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn.
