Testicular cancer is a major risk factor in men, if you feel there might be a possibility of this get medical atention. A good way to check is by going on line maby www.webmd.com and use their symptom checker. If after this you are still convinced then it's time to tell you parents, don't be ashamed or embarresed, it's a verry serious problem and if left untreated could be fatal. If it's any easier try talking to the parent you are most comfortable with, this can help. Your parents love you and your health is top pryority, it may be nothing, but telling them could save your life.

Don't let embarrassment kill you. If you don't want to tell your parents, then make something up. But go see a doctor. I've read stories of men who have had testicular cancer. One guy was a teenager when he first noticed something was wrong. He was too embarrassed to tell his parents to take him to the doctor, so he just let things go. Well, the cancer gradually spread over a couple of years and reached his lungs. He couldn't hide his constant coughing from his parents. So, his mother took him to the emergency room for his coughing and he found out he had testicular cancer and that it had spread. It was too late for cancer treatment to work effectively. He died when he was 20. Don't let this be you. It's possible you may have nothing wrong, but then there's the possibility that there is something wrong and it needs to be taken care of as soon as possible.

I realize at your age it can be awkard, but please, dont be afraid to talk about this and show your parents, as well as a doctor. There is nothing embarrassing about these ppl seeing and touching your testicles in this circumstance. If you do have cancer, you need to know sooner than later.

I cant swear that it works with urinary tests, but I do know with blood tests testicular cancer patients (and I dont know if it is all or just some) show positive for the same hormone that signifies pregnancy in women.

However, I think I would rather tell my parents there is something wrong with my testicles than expalin why I had a preg test.

Inside or outside? Is it a lump on a testicle? Does it hurt when you touch it? Either way you should not be embarrassed about anything when it comes to your body. Go see your Doc now, if it is cancer its best to catch it now when its curable. The type your talking about is 100% curable in young men, but left alone could kill you in a couple years if it spreads to other parts of your body.

Maybe you have a school nurse you can see, or see your doctor. It maybe embarrassing but it's better than getting cancer and dying just for an embarrassing question. Perhaps you can tell another excuse to see the doctor. Better to be safe than sorry.

Please go tell your parents that you need to see a doctor. You should really tell them why, but if you are uncomfortable telling them, just say you need to go. The doctor can also tell them if you would like for him/her too. You are at the age that testicular cancer strikes. Your life is worth it!
