Hi

Some people believe that some excersizes can effect and stop growing such as growing taller. I have heard that from a doctor too but is that real ?

I do basketball and buddybuilding at the same time. I'm 6'3'' and I'm 17

there is no scientific data that supports statements that resistance training stunts the growth of the human skeletal system in adolescents.

i dont know the truth of that but i do know that idea is usually applied to younger people - when you stop growing they say that that is when ur okay...but u r tall already so i guess it depends if u care if you grow more or not

wish i could have helped a little more!! good luck tho!
