No. He really doesn't believe in a god. He may laugh all the way to the bank, but I guarantee he is not praying.

He doesn't believe in God. Why is it wrong for him to make money on his books, yet right for televangelists to bleed money from weak-minded believers? Christians on here have stated that God wants the best for his believers and loves for them to be rich even though the Bible says differently. At least Dawkins is honest about how he makes a buck. I'd rather see his books selling than Michael Behe's.

Highly unlikely, as Mr. Dawkins is an atheist. What it seems you are doing is projecting your own set of beliefs onto Mr. Dawkins.

There's no need to feel badly about this. It's a common human failing and is probably rooted in your neurobiology.

No,but he should. I'm an agnostic and I did read his book. I thought it was terrible. He sounded just like the atheists on R&S. He must have a great agent,or his publisher spends a lot on P.R. Christopher Hitchens' book you can at least take seriously. But they both do a lot of lying by omission - not a single reference to any social good proceeding from any religion anywhere, ever. That's pretty dishonest. But Dawkins in particular is just an idiot. Pabulum for the masses and a guaranteed bestseller. I bet he's on tv every day.
