What is 'Relationship-Based Parenting'?

A local parenting/family resource group is hosting a seminar on this topic & I can find very little online to help me understand what it is, so that I can decide whether I'd like to attend.

You are talking about attachment parenting, I believe... look up Dr. Sears, he's the leading voice on that right now. Good luck! :)

If you are talking about attachment parenting, then Google Dr.Sears and you'll get a lot of information.

I did do some research for you though, and came up with something called Relationship Parenting. You can find articles about that at http://www.saccc.com/articles.php.
