To live my life as Christ would, as He would have me live it. To live each moment fully in His presence doing all I do in my daily life for Him. In unity with His divine Will.To love and care for others as He does. I strive for it daily although I fall short of my goal. Still it is my aim.
Peace Be With You,
Debra

To live like he would want us to. It's very hard to do this on a daily basis. None of us are without sin and to turn the other cheek when someone says something mean or hateful and to forgive that person takes a lot of will and determination. I pray everyday that God will help me be a better person and thank him for the wonderful family that he has truly blessed me with. I try to treat everyone how I would want to be treated and to try to help those in need. I believe that God put us here on earth to continue his good deeds and that we need to strive for this and the world would be a much better place to live.

blessed are they that hunger and thirst after rightousness for they will be filled.

Maybe we are not perfect. You can find wrong in every person. But I long for a day that everyone in the world can live together in peace and not do anything to hurt anyone. I am tired of people killing each other. I am tired of people hurting kids and babies. I am tired of internet preditors preying on 13, 14, and 15 year olds.

Thats why I believe in God. If he doesnt exist then there is no hope for nobody. But when I see God's people working together to try and make things right then I have a strong hope that God is real and one day we will have peace and rightousness as it was intended from the beginning

I just think it means to trust Him. Everyone has their own ideas on how Jesus himself would react in certain situations, I really don't think that there are that many people who really know what he would do. So the WWJD? thing meant nothing to me, but only that a lot of people were going to project their own ideas of what Jesus would do.

So Jesus trusted God perfectly. I aim to. If God wants something else out of me, He will make it so, and He has made it so.

I don't know what everyone else is talking about! I do best when I trust God for what He promised.

What is Christ like? He is like the fruit of the spirit. “But the Fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.” (Galatians 5:22-23). When we develop in the fruit of the spirit, we put on Christ-likeness. We become just like Him.

sadly to say, but very few know the meaning. for if they had, why are there so many [so called Christians] waring against one another.
to be Christ like is to put self out of the way, and walk in the path of righteousness of Christ.
to be longsuffering, forgiving, loving thy enemies, praying for thy enemies, kindness, peaceful minded, meekness, Patience and virtue to name a few, is to much for the average person, so we all just jump on the Christian wagon.
i, myself falls short on these things, but my heart is always dwelling on them.
i will continue to press toward that mark of perfection. and one day i shall make it by the grace of God.

thank you, that is a great question. and we all should give great thought to it...........

remembering when I was Christian I think striving for perfection sums it up as even Christ has been depicted by the bible as not perfect when he said there will be those who will do wondrous things beyond what I have done.
