I work in a very professional enviroment, where we all wear lab coats. I've been working there for almost 2 years now. My boss is the mean indian Doctor chick who until today I've never seen without her scowl and a lab coat. When she took off her coat she was STACKED, and extremely hot. We have the same title, but she's my boss, and about 5 years older than me. Should I make a move after this long? We've never really gotten along, but now I can't get her out of my head. She is sooooo HOT! We are both single. What should I do? Is it worth the risk?

Just because she is "stacked" and there has been no chemistry before is a foolish reason to commit career suicide.
It is never a good idea to dip your pen in the company inkwell, but double so if it your boss.
Nearly all place of employment have rules against a boss dating a subordinate, so even if she did think you were hot, either or both of you could lose your jobs over it (sometimes they will can the boss for ethical violations and not being able to trust their judgement, but more times they will can the subordinate as they are easier to replace that a supervisor or higher level employee).
Even if you would hook up and no one found out about it, you still have to deal with her every day even if either of you decides to go back to having just a work relationship and she could kill your career and set up up to fail.
If she doesn't think your hot and finds the attention unwelcome and not only find yourself accused of sexual harrassment and lose your job, but find it very difficult to find another job.
Remain professional and let your hormones cool down and do like every other horny single guy does and hang out in bars to meet "stacked" hot chicks to date. If your hormones still continue to rage for her after that, it is time to find a new job before they get the better of you.

If you two have never really gotten along, then now is the time to try to become her friend. If you don't get to know her before wanting to go out with her, then she most likely won't return the interest in you.
If you still can't get along with her after you try, then you shouldn't want to date her just because she is "hot"-- if this is the case, then move on.

No this is not worth it. Have you heard of sexual harassment? This is particularly a situation that can derive from your advances towards your boss! And even if it doesn't it surely is not worth you loosing your job, and respect from your BOSS. Just look and admire and keep it MOVING!!!!

don't do it. It can be career suicide. There is a term that is don't crap where you sleep. The is the same as dating your boss. You would probably get them fired. there are probably corporate rules about bosses dating their subordinates
