So, you're asking if any church says it's okay for a married woman to have sex with an elder of the church who is not her husband? There might be a few weird cults that do that sort of thing, but in the mainstream churches it generally only happens in secret and is not actually encouraged or condoned. As someone else mentioned, they'd be accused of sinning and might even be kicked out of the church.

I am puzzled as to how a 19-year-old kid got to be an elder of the church. It's been my experience that such a position is open only to more mature men, 25-30 years or older, and someone who's only 19 would be considered too young--spiritually, emotionally, and physically--to be an elder. Could be wrong, though, maybe each church is different.

That is called adultery. A woman or a man of the faith, especially belonging to a congregation of the Lord should not be doing what you say they are doing. This kind of behavior needs to be brought to the pastor/father/minister's attention very discreetly.

GOD BLESS! AMEN! SHALOM!

Both would be asked to confess their sins and repent before the church and if they do not,,then they would be asked to leave..this is the way it would be handled in my church. They have both committed adultery....but we need to try very hard to restore them to the church..with love and understanding...we all have sinned and come short,,,,so any correction needs to be done in love....

Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.” Galatians 6:1

Your english is difficult to understand, but I don't know of any religion that forces a married woman to adulterize with younger members of it's congregation.
