I can't move it. It's like it cramps for a a couple of minutes. I think I'm doing it right. Could it just be that I haven't developed those muscles.

The exercise is that I stand up suck my stomach in and pull my hips or butt or whatever under. Also does it when I do the tummy shimmy. It does not occur while doing it but when I stop and sit and lay down afterwards.

yes that's normal it happened to me then after a while it goes away because you are using muscles you normally never used before

I have a friend who was doing that and she always mentioned about doing 'conditioning' exercises. There are some kind of things you are supposed to be doing to get the muscles ready for the new work. I'm not exactly sure what they are, but I'm sure if you google it you will find some greater info on what they are. Hope that helps,

it muscles u have not used and ligaments as well..no pain no gain..
