I'll try to be as objective and constructive as possible.
In general, a lot of your photos do seem a bit oversaturated. It might be your monitor. You usually don't need to mess with the saturation if you're using an automatic setting.
Specifics:
HPIM9396--Seems a bit out of focus. Do you have a macro setting on your camera? It usually looks like a little flower. You need to use a macro setting for that close up. I love the angle and the level though.
HPIM9393--I like the composition, but again it's out of focus and you should have used a macro setting.
HPIM9391--Again with the focus. But I like the concept. You're thinking like an artist.
HPIM9520, HPIM9552, HPIM9545, HPIM9544--Technically they're pretty good. However, photographs of flowers are a dime a dozen. You need to find something that really makes it pop.
HPIM9474--I think I get what you were trying to do, but it would have been better in focus. I think it might be a lighting issue. Use a tripod or even a stack of books on a table with a timer setting. Good use of color and composition.
HPIM7541--Besides being oversaturated, it lacks interest. Either have the person engaging with the camera or add a little more to the pic.
HPIM9191--Good use of humor. The hand in the background...I'm not sure about that. You either need to include the whole hand or get rid of it completely.
HPIM8254--It's ok. There's nothing that catches me, though. The background is a bit distracting. I'd at least crop it closer to where the dog is taking up most of the frame.
HPIM8105--I don't get that one and I don't really like it...from a technical aspect or an artistic one. The background is distracting and you sharpened the ball plus a little around it.
HPIM0763--REALLY out of focus.
HPIM0648--I like the angle. I think I'd like it better in B&W.
HPIM0605--I like that you captured the detail in the lion's head. I'm not sure I get your obsession with cutting everything in half though. It's alright to a point I guess, but you don't want to overdo it.
HPIM0014--I like the concept. I probably would have lined up the brushes and cut out the sink (it looks like a huge white blob).
HPIM6462--It's good, but you cut off the face of the lion in the background. Leave the face...it lets the viewer wonder what they're staring at.
Pretty much all the animal photos--they're good for snapshots for the family album, but that's about it.

I hope I wasn't too harsh. Don't feel bad. You're just getting started. Keep working! Join an online photo group (that's what has helped me immensely). Take some classes if you can. Photography is such an awesome activity, and with a little practice, I think you'll go far.

Most are just average snapshots. Some are over saturated and the exposure is off on a lot of them as well.
Some had the potential for a good "story"...especially he dog wrapped in christmas lights....maybe because I have dogs and know what they get into, I can appreciate it more.
Keep working...and remember, it's not the camera, it;s the photographer that makes an image. The camera is only the tool.

Some are good, some are not but you are off to a very good start, especially considering the limitations of your camera. Continue to shoot, enjoy and look to improve.

As with the very first responder, none of the snapshots shown are of any validity, regardless of their poor quality.
Subject choice is predictable, angle of view is ordinary, saturation is too high and so on and on.
Don't give up the regular job. Try something else, as you don't have it.
Honesty in spades.

One comment if I may make, colors are way too saturated.
Some have left very unkind remarks. There was no need to be so. You could have said it differently.

There are a couple of good shots... otherwise they look like snapshots. It looks like you had fun though.
