I have 3 kg of fresh plums I need to use, I was thinking of cooking it down (just the pulp) and using in plum pudding for xmas. Does anyone know a good recipe?

I am glad you asked about this. Sounds complicated but interesting. I didn't know it is supposed to be made a year in advance!!!!

you have plumbs and I don't think there are any in plum pudding but I found a link that calls for dried plumbs that I just googled. You should also try the food network.
