Especially with them being vacuum packed, they'll keep at least a week. But why not put most in the freezer and then thaw as you want/need them. That way they'll keep for months!

Leftover turkey? What the heck is that? Never had a left over in our family. Freeze the turkey in a zip lock bag, Make sure you pressed out all air as you sealed the bags. Eat within 3 mo's.......yummmmmmmmm!

Freeze what you haven't any longer eaten and it will final a minimal of a pair of months as long as you wrap it sturdy. If it sat out over 4 hours this Thanksgiving I say trash it. Room temp isn't made for turkey.

I will be good for up to 7 days. After that I wouldn't chance it and I would give it to the dog or throw it out.
