don't you get the same probability of getting the same answers if prayed to an object? Say if I pray to God and 100 different objects under the same request, and out of coincidence my prayer is answered. Which one answered my prayer and how would you know?

That is a church teaching not a Bible teaching. If a believer is in the proper spiritual state and asks according to God's will then the answer is always YES. Never a no or wait, it is a yes or it was unheard.

Listen, the whole "No, wait, or yes," is a pretty modern formulation, and not part of the Christian deposit of faith.

On the other hand, I do see the logic; I answer requests in the same way. So does any other person. The same would apply to God to the extent that God is an individual substance of a rational nature.

I know God answers prayers. I've seen it with my own eyes and have been blessed beyond belief.

Without faith, prayer is not going to go higher than the ceiling. God hears our prayers when said with faith and belief.

You may not like the answer but it is an answer none the less.

Prayer isn't just about petitioning God. We pray to keep up a relationship with God. I try to account for my day, consider the sins I've committed, and thank Him for the blessings He gives me every day. Don't belittle what you don't understand.

Who told you that prayers were limited that way? In God all things are possible.

you find passages in Scripture that support your claim; much like a lawyer finds a precedent & takes that as his ground to make his claim. We do the same with Scripture, in the hopes of a favorable outcome.

This will be hard for you to understand but....

Prayer changes us, not God.
