I just started a new account. But no matter how hard I try, I can't answer questions!
Every time I press "submit," it says "The page cannot be displayed." It won't let me do ANYTHING! Help me??

Since you are in a new account you will be limited to answering questions too, until, I think yo reach level two. However the limit is only a 12 midnight limitation.

I had the same problem when I used Internet Explorer. Try using Firefox, if that doesn't work create a new account.

I know if you put anything with symbols in the "source" box it will not allow it...
