Well there's the ever-working "let her know you're minted and buy her stuff." But that's lame and will win her heart as a consumer, not a woman.
Try to remember that if a woman turns you down, there's a reason for it. If you find that reason you can possibly fix it, but you really shouldn't bug her. It will turn her way off, and probably totally ruin your chances. Let her know in small ways (key word: small!) that you care, but don't be pushy. Eventually she'll realize you're a good choice.
Or, she won't. There has been a lot of unrequited love in this world, you wouldn't be the first case. Of course, you never mentioned whether or not you love her. So just try to remember that old annoying saying "there are other fish in the sea" and spend some time thinking about your guy friends, your hobbies that don't include this girl, and having a good, fun life that you won't regret.
She'll come around. Or she won't. But you're going to have to keep going either way.
Of course, if you're talking about your mother, wife, daughter, cousin, or other relative, it's a whole other matter.

wow i had the same thing with my ex and you know what there is absolutely nothing you can do..
i knoe it suckz but you can not force love to happen..
it takes time and developement but if the other person isnt willing to give it a chance then im sorry the only thing you can do is try to move on and find another person that is willing to give the same love that you give out. just know that there is a person out there for every person. you just have to be patient because love takes time and it will come when you least expect it.

You can't make someone love you if they just don't. It would be nice if you could will people to feel the way you want them to, doesn't work. Move on and find someone who can care for you.

you could try win her over or you could just move on, but if you really like like you want to be with her for the rest of your life and you know getting over isnt an option then do all you can to convince her your the one for her

be happy that at least you know you can love some one and find some one else who will be grateful to share it with. (-: it is not as bad as it hurts when you meet the wrong person. but it is worth it when you meet the right one.
