I would consider it a date....not many guys would want to just go for a walk with a girl they aren't interested in. If it was his idea to go for a walk then it's definitely a date! Oh, and it doesn't matter if you kissed or not...you don't have to kiss for it to be a date, don't know where that idea came from...

It's even in the books of days gone by where a date was going for a walk. Back then they had another older person with them, a 3rd party.
