My hand aches between the thumb and the pointer finger... What is it and how can I stop it?

I'm assuming that its' from all of the typing I do... My pinkie and ring fingers cramp up too, but they don't ache like near my thumb. I have absolutey no wrist pain whatsoever

This could be related to something called a trigger finger but the only way to find out for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.
