When I mouthed off to my mom and my dad came in there to shut me up . Next 12 months were pure hell learning to live on my own . SO do not rush it . It is no fun .

Moved out at 19 and bought my house at the age of 20.

My sister and bro did when they went to college. so around 18/19 they did, I plan to at that age too.

when I left for college, so 18, they weren't happy with it, but yeah....
