try and give her incentives , but NO THREATS
like an outing, just u and her to the mall or for dinner on the weekends
or inviting her friends
and u can tell her that children need 9 hours of sleep daily or else their grades can go down and same with energy
Hope this helps, cuz that's wat my mom did with me and it works. Now I even manage my own sleep/homework schedule.

Tell her that if she is going to stay up that late than your going to put her to work (cleaning house).Or with my younger sister it was exercising, if she was going to stay up late she had to exercise the whole time. She will figure out that staying up is hard work when she has to clean instead of watch tv or talk on the phone, that is what my mom did.

set incentives to go to sleep early such as a special breakfast or jog with mom

It depends. How old is she? What time does she wake up?

some kids need less sleep than others; however if you are concerned, talk with her pediatrician.
