Hello!

Im familiar with your situation, I’ve had back pain long ago.

Yet, I was able to say bye-bye to the pain, and now im living a healthy life (at least its back pain free :-).

Since then I’ve made my personal web page about my experiences and useful back pain treatments.

I don’t want to fill a lot of space here with my writings as there are many ways to relief the pain,

so I would recommend you to visit my site and read the detailed ebook I wrote.

And don’t worry, there is no any catch, you can read all pages online or even download it for free.

I hope you get better, and love to hear about you!

Take care!

Do you have a heating pad? Try putting it on that spot for a little while. It could be a number of things. If you are running on the concrete then it might just be the shock of the hard ground on your body. Maybe jog or do some low impact exercising the next time and see if it improves. Depending on your age, you could develop bursitis in that hip if you don't take it easy. Take care of yourself!

change your running shoes! Seems the impact from running is going up the legs through the joints into the spine. So change your running shoes.

Try giving it a rest for a few days so it can heal if something happened.
