don't watch it....there are ten million other televison channels out there, choose another one to watch when DWTS is on.

You consider yourself sane because you feel that "Dancing with the Stars" is awful programming? From that opening remark and" painful sigh" I can only guess that ballroom dancing is not your forte ? IF you were into ballroom dancing you might realize the talent these people possess ., the difficulty of the various routines, and the amount of time spent preparing for the coming week. Is your hobby such that you expend equal energy, devise a new venue for next week and perform in front of experts who judge your ability?

I couldn't bear to watch when Mario Lopez was on it, since he breaks my heart. I watched the portions with Apolo Ohno last year. Didn't really watch it this year.
