He definitely precipitated the Zulu wars, the 1st Crusades and the Spanish American War. It's been rumored that he also authorized Genghis Khan to rampage across Europe, using Halliburton contracted equipment.

I agree with Glen T--President Bush will go down in history as if not one of our country's best presidents at least one that made a lot of decisions that were good for this country.
And in response to ur question-he has made no undeclared wars. We did not start the War on Terror-the terrorists declared war on us on September 11, 2001. If you would just put aside your hate for Conservatives and the president, then you would see that we are engaged in an ongoing War on Terror that was not declared and will not end until the forces of terror have been destroyed.

Consider the fact that a war is between two or more nations. We are engaged in combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, but not with those nations. Therefore, Bush has "made" zero undeclared or declared wars for that matter of fact.

By voting it's support for military intervention, Congress made a de facto declaration of war against Taliban-controlled Afghanistan and B'aath-controlled Iraq.
So the answer is none.

Why are Democrats so focused on Bush anyway. Do you guys know he is not running? Mark my words, Bush will be looked at kindly in history. While I am not comparing the man, but the situation, look at Lincoln, half of the country hated him during his Presidency. But because of his beliefs, his determination, and his thoughts that what he was doing was good for the country, he is looked at as one of the best Presidents EVER!

No theyre sturdy with the aid of fact they had the help of the folk interior the country the conflict became into being fought in, and had the criminal backing of the UN. Neither of which became into the case for the Iraq conflict. And any way, formal declarations of conflict went out of trend a while in the past- no declarations of conflict in Kosovo, Somalia, Granada, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Panama...
