Every girl is different, and boobs look different in different clothes. Sometimes a bra improves the boobs, sometimes they can be left unrestrained. Every circumstance is different... on a date where you're going to make out, wearing a bra is more fun because it's an extra item for him to remove, and we guys do like unwrapping our gifts lol...
If the girl has very equal-size boobs that are high and stick out like missiles, she will be very confident about forgetting the bra. But some girls feel they are unevenly balanced and/or too pendulous, so prefer a bra.

It depends on the size and shape of your boobs. Too much swaying is not sexy. If they are nice and firm with a little jiggle you can forget the bra.

Umm, we can always take off the bra, but you look weird without it on, so i'd say bra, but make it easy access for us.

B cup of smaller? Going braless is a turn-on.
C cup? Going braless is a questionable decision.
(works for some, others not so much...)
D cup or larger? Going braless is (for most men) a serious turn-off.
