OMG!! everytime i move my eye it hurts it doesnt feel like sand or anything it feels like a headache except in my eyes every slight move is a slight pain what is this its never happend to me before someone plz help

PC syndrome! This is when you sit behind a computer for so long that your eyes FIX at a certain distance and on one spot. So when you look up, or down, left or right PAIN! It happened to me years ago when PC first came out and I ended up seeing a eye specialist who gave me some exercises to do. How bad was it? Well if I told you I was driving my car, a brick hit the windscreen and the windscreen shattered but I kept on driving for another two miles! My eyes were fixed at a point just beyond the windscreen so I did not notice the problem until a passenger told me! Once I looked and saw the shattered windscreen nearly had a car accident could not see where I was going!

Yes, the eye doctor is the one to see. If you are seeing flashes of light too, he may refer you to someone else because that is a symptom of a type of migraine headache.

youre straning you eyes could be from a loss of sleep or stress or your eyes are just being strained
you need to see a eye doctor before you do serious damage
