God does hear everyone, and he does care, but he cant answer if theres sin in your life...
So if there is, try and sort that out..
anywho
Like the answer posted before me, its important not to just pray when you want something, rather than having an actual prayer-time-relationship-thing with God.
Hes not there just so he can work out you're life.
He is there to do that, but, it should go deeper than that.
Your WHOLE relationship with God should be deep, or its just depressing, to the point you get in a state where you feel God doesn't care.
Remember, He sent Jesus for you, so, that was a pretty big deal..
If you had a friend, who really liked you, but eventually you stopped wanting to hang out with them, and would start getting less active in their life, how do you think they would respond?
They would just let you be, but they love you enough to wait for you...
good luck =)

I'm not sure what it is that you are after, but I want to send a word of encouragement and at the same time a word of warning.
Make sure what you are praying for is within the will of God not within your own will. If you know and understand the will of the Father and make your own will, what you pray for will be given unto you.
"Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours." Mark 11:24
part of the model prayer found in Matthew 6:10 ". . . your will be done on earth as it is in heaven."
Now for the warning.
Make sure your motives are pure and within the will of God.
"When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures." James 4:3
God cares and loves you and He wants to give you what is best for you, not necessarily what you think is best for you.

I will suggest that you will have to keep that thoughts in abeyance.
God listens. He knows all and everything about you. And yes, He cares, if He doesn't, you won't be breathing at the moment....duh.
So just talk to Him, and ask Him nicely. You can't expect someone to give you anything if you ask rudely, can you? Its the same thing. Ask nicely, and sincerely. And for things that are good. Don't ask frivilous things such as something that will hurt yourself in return. For example,"Oh God, give me coke, so I can get high", is definitely a big NO. Just imagine that you are in the movie WishMaster. Be careful in your wish, you might get what you are wishing for. ;-)

Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you. Matthew 6:33
When you take the Lord seriously, He will take your requests seriously. God does care. He loves you. But He knows what you really need is a closer walk with Him.

God cares. God can hear you. He will give or show you what you want if he feels it is right. (assuming this is something pretty deep) It's all in God's timing. Not ours. So let him take control and he will do this if and when it is the right time according to Him.
God Bless

God hears everyone, first off. second, God cares about everybody. If only we cared as much about Him. Just keep praying about it. God's answers are yes,no, or wait awhile. Keep that in mind. Also, God's time and ours can differ greatly.

God knows the cry of your heart. Does He care? Absolutely!!!
However, prayer is not an unwritten check waiting to be filled out. Prayer is meant to draw us nearer to His heart and His will.
Remember, God doesn't give us what we want...He gives us what we need.
Hope that helps!

God hears you. If He does not give you what you want He will give you something better, but you might have to wait to see it.

Sometimes God's time is not what we would want it to be. Keep the faith! If this is something that is in God's will he will answer.
