The Church is the body of Christ. If you reside in Christ, you are always in church. The building or where ever you worship God, can be sanctified and made Holy unto the Lord; but that is not where God dwells. For the Holy Spirit now dwells in the hearts of men.

when the bible says god will not stay to a place made by man dosnt refer to the church because the church was made (or founded) by jesus. yes the actual building is made by man but god dwells in church refering to the people and priests wich make up the church

They call it a church but it's a temple.
The church is the people.
We, the people here on this site who are believers and join in prayer to help one another, are sort of a church. An electronic congregation.
It's too bad that it can be so rancorous...the athiests picking fights with the Christians, and the various Christian sects fighting amongst themselves....

I don't think so that a true Roman Catholic will fight his or her way to answer this kind of question. God is everywhere. I'm a Roman Catholic. But I haven't heard anyone telling me that God only stays inside our church. God is with us! Remember what "Emmanuel" means?

Not a Catholic, not any more, But I remember, It is believed that Jesus is God Almightyy in a different form.
So Jesus,, being God Almight to Catholics resides in the Tabernacles of the Catholic Churches as the Consecrated Christ.
Because He resides in Tabernacle/ little house on the side altar/ then in their eyes, That is the House of God/Tabernacle of God.

Sorry, any scriptures they have, will easily be disproved!
But you knew that when you asked this question, right?

The RCC or Roman Catholic Church is an apostasy to God and at the end of times when judgement day comes God will denounce this religion and everything it stands for which is representation of satan himself.
They oppose the Scriptures, worship Virgin Mary, seek the pope for guidance when you are to seek God directly through prayer, they believe in purgatory which God does not even speak of in the Bible, They don't believe the bible is the only authorative source for God's Word, They believe the Catholic Church is the universal Church of Christ which God has appointed no Church nor any man to be head of His Church, only by usurpation can one be so. This religion is an abomination to God and the truth is in the Bible alone.

All places of worship in any religion are considered Houses of God.

It just means it is a place to worship, not a place where God lives in a finite sense. God is everywhere, church or not.

God has many houses, we use that term to remind you where you are and to act accordingly. We also say that because we believe the Eucharist is actually Jesus in the flesh, so you are actually in that presence when you are there and it is special to us. I don't have any references, just 20+ years of being a Catholic.

God Bless

Because..... the term isnt literal! Its called that simply because we learn about and honor God while we're there. Its not Catholic Churches either its any church that honors God and His Son

I think you answered your own question. The Church was created by Christ and not by man like the Protestant churches.

In Christ
