Fear of God does not mean shaking in the fetal position. Fear of God means to stand in Awe of God. Fear of God means reverence of God. But fear of God also means to know your place in life next to God. So does God know I fear him? Yes, I am in Awe of God.

Yes, nothing gets past God. He knows EVERYTHING. He can see right through any mask straight to the heart. He knows all about us yet He desires to save us and help us and be our Father.

God knows all things about you. He knows how many hairs on your head. He knows your heart. If you respect Him He is aware of it. If you are afraid of Him He knows that too. Have you thought over how you feel about Him? He loves you and wants the best for you. (Jeremiah 29:11) Hope this helps.
