What charity is this?

There is a dog chairty that has REALLY sad commercials that I only see air in December and January (sometimes Feb.) but not that often. It has dogs with injuries and only three legs and etc. Anybody have a guess or know what it is called? Thanks!

ASPCA - American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals

Or it might be PETA - People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals

There are also several smaller organizations that are against puppy mills, and they may have just advertised locally in your area.
