Wow! I go through the same thing all the time! My boyfriend waits until the weekend to do all of his homework, so that's his excuse for not ever taking me out...so sometimes i just tell him i want to do something (and we may get into a little argument) but at least i get through to him!
Try to suggest something like during the week so he has time to prepare and keep bringing it up--hopefully it will get through to him and he will finally agree.

Boys can be so dense sometimes. You can't wait for them to pick up on hints or to just know what to do to make you happy. You'd better tell him that you want to go to a nice dinner for your Christmas present or something.

Theres nothing to it, just mention how u love beeing out and mention to him easy places to get to that you would like to go u know but not telling him straight little hints would help. he would have an idea and hopefully he'll take you out

The biggest thing you'll ever need to know about men is that they don't take hints. Best thing is to be blunt and say "Hey, we need to get out more!"

try to drop some hint like
"do u wanna go out tonight and do something"
or something like that if he doesnt get
just ask "do u wanna go to dinnerrrrr"

how about: "hey instead of hanging the house (or whatever) this weekend, why don't we go...." In a nice tone of voice thought. Hope it works! Luck and love! ^_^
