the guy that i like has this sore by his eye, its not a bruise, but its a big red dot, not a lump but a dot, it kinda looks like a blood blister, what is it?

probably a sty.
Sty Symptoms
A lump on the top or bottom eyelid
Localized swelling of the eyelid
Pain
Redness
Tenderness to touch
Crusting of the eyelid margins
Burning in the eye
Droopiness of the eyelid
Scratchy sensation on the eyeball
Blurred vision
Mucous discharge in the eye

Could be a blood blister, could be acne, could be a sty. Does it really matter what it is? If its bothering you that bad, just ask him.

let me just take a look. seeing as how we can diagnose things online without pictures and a skewed view of a red dot on someones eye.

sounds like a sty, my old man got one from rust getting in his eye while working on a car.

if it is something new it is pink eye and will go away. if it has been there a long time then it could be a birth mark

It's a sty, and they are actually quite common. You won't get it, it isn't perminant, and it's sometimes caused by stress.

could be the beginning of a late-blooming third eye...If it is then it may be a bit confusing when he winks at you... ;>)

its a sty. my dad has one. you can get surgery to get it removed. its no big deal, you wount die. it just hurts a lot.

a sty. it's not contagious, just painful. tell him to put a warm (as much as he can stand it) washcloth on it.

it could be a weak vessel, depending on where it is near his eye...
