If your really just looking for a drink or two to have on a night out then you are really okay with any kind of beer, liquor, or wine. However none of them will be good if you drink out of moderation in one night. Studies show that those who drink 1-2 drinks a day of beer, liquor, or wine have a low BMI on the other hand those who drink 7 drinks one day a week are associated with obesity.
However as a bartender I did find that those who were trying to get and stay into shape enjoyed dry red wines or liquor and sugar free mixers(ie soda, water, diet cola).

First of all, there is no such thing as a girly drink, only girly drinkers.
You could always have a glass of wine. I believe it has less calries than beer, and you'll drink fewer glasses as well.
You could always go with some sort of highball made with club soda or a diet cola.

Jim Beam Black on the rocks. They advertise it to be lower in calories than Scotch or Jack.
If that is to strong just watch what you are mixing with... Vodka and club soda with a squeeze of lemmon or a scotch and water.... maybe just a vodka martini... or a few glasses of merlot.

Gin and ginger (diet) and for some reason - Gin is low in carbs. I think that it's even in the Atkins diet somewhere! Another bonus is that Gin is good for your bones/joints...something to do with the Juniper....so if you are working out to lose weight...a Gin and Ginger is the perfect way to relax.
