Just Attahiyato. Imam Abu Hanifa (one of the four greatest scholars of Islam in 8th century made this it necessary to have right foot fixed at one place, so men do not move back and forth and side ways and not cause difficulty to men prayeing next to them. Those who can not bend their feet like this in sitting position, it is ok for them not to follow this rule.

when you stand,, you have to recite alhamdulillah and any else sura like qul hu wallah hu ahad....any else then when you bow at your knees then you havent need any sura to recite...so when you go down and after sajda when you again do above practice and then after sajda while sitting you have to pray attayiyato and drood sharif and then do salam....remember you supposed to recite drood sharif after atayiyato in last sitting of prayer and before it you only have to read atayiyato..
wish you perfect life
