My work wants us to work the week after Christmas, as well as new years eve and Christmas eve. Ridiculous. So I asked my boss for 3 days off (Wed, Thurs, Fri) to have my wisdom teeth removed and then heal from it. I also have Sat/Sun off. What should I do on Monday to make it believable that I got surgery the previous wednesday? Would it still be swollen? Cotton balls? I know, I know. It's wrong. Still, any advice would be helpful.

Have someone from a BDSM site grab the pliers and remove them for you. It's cheaper that way, too.

P.S.: If this is covered by the company's insurance, there may be a question about why it was not turned in to them.

Don't do that. You will have to tell even greater lies to cover up the lies you already told. Trust me they catch up to you when you don't remember what is truth yourself.

I was the biggest liar for no reason. Praise God, he is healing me of that.

You go to work and not lie is what you do. You can't fake a surgery.
