all competitive should consume mainly whole foods. this means lean beef, fish, eggs, lean pork, etc. carbohydrates should be high in fiber like whole oats, beans, lentils, barley, etc. fats should be derived from healthy sources like olive oil, safflower oil, pumpkin seed oil and assorted nuts and seeds.

meals should be similar to:

breakfast
4-6 cooked egg whites, 1 serving oatmeal, 1 oranges

snack
assorted nuts & cheese stick

lunch
skinless poultry, rice/beans

snack
apple and peanut butter

diner
fish, steamed vegetables, small salad

* for optimum energy, health and fitness you want to consume as little man made food as possible. low calorie diet foods that are heavily processed are not healthy despite what the manufacturers of them may claim.

i believe a good diet is eat alot of protein, such as eggs, fish, tuna, and MUTI VITMANS!!!!!!!!!!!
