Unlike the TV show JAG or various other movies and TV shows. You can only have one rate at a time. You can't be a pilot at the same time as a navy seal. If you must in your life do both what you could do (depending on your age) is be enlisted navy and become a Navy seal. Then after your enlistment is finished go to Marine OCS(officer candidate school.) in their aviation program. Though you will more likely fly a harrier, than the other jet you listed.

Two important things:

One, if you enlist in the navy, you don't enlist as a SEAL. You choose a rate that is eligible for B.U.D.S. training. If you do not make it through training you are still stuck enlisted in the navy.

Two, in order to be a pilot you have to be an officer and you need a college degree. Bachelors.(4 year) Fortunately, If you go with the Marine OCS option. You can go to OCS with still in college, if you are a junior or senior in college. (i believe the program was called PLC platoon leader class)

Lastly the reason I said Marine OCS versus Navy OCS is that Marine OCS has a Guaranteed Flight program and the navy OCS program you would most likely be commissioned as a surface warfare officer. (aka sitting on a boat.)

The Super-boy slot is still open too, if you hurry and get your application in you might stand a chance of getting the job.

You would probably do better going to hollywood with Carlie Sheen, rather than joining the military.
