Jesus' mother was Mary.

God came to earth in human form as Jesus, the Son of God. English texts of the Holy Bible tell us that Mary was his mother. However, some scholars believe that "Mary" is an English version of "Miriam" or some other similar names that could have been translated (or mistranslated) Mary. It is believed by many that the sins of Adam and Eve are transferred down through the generations by the blood of the male; therefore it would be possible for a human female to give birth to the perfect, sin free Son of God by way of the Holy Spirit and a virgin birth.

That's what it says in the new testiment. All of the 4 gosspils have slightly different accounts of the Christmas Story, but all agree that Mary was the mother of Jesus of Nazareth.

As far as God the Father, he says of himself "I am that I am". He is eternal with no begining and no end.
