you must be giving out the wrong signals.
If you dont want romantic involvement then make that clear from the outset. Or try and be 'one of the guys' to a greater extent than you do now.
This isn't Harry met Sally time. It IS possible to have a friendship with a memberof the opposite sex without sex getting in the way!

k, have you realized yet that guys think about sex every time they see a girl?
especially one that they enjoy the company of!!!
maybe since you know some of them better than the other men around, you might find it easier to have a relationship with them...idk.

A. Find you physically attractive or
B. Find you physically and mentally attractive. (ie. they think youre sexy and like your personality)
