Yes almost every cruise line has an internet cafe and some even have WiFi service at various locations on ship and some even in cabins. HOWEVER, regardless of the cruie line or ship internet access is always very very expensive. By expensive I mean $50 to $60 an hour. The last ship we were on, the NCL Gem, they even charged an access fee of $4.50 just to sign up.

My suggestion is forget using the internet on ship and wait until you get to your ports stops where you will likely find an internet cafe where the charge will be about $5.00 or $6.00 an hour.

Yes, all the Carnival ships have computers with Internet access. However, it is expensive and slow. You will not be able to access any of the ports or disk drives. If you bring a laptop you can access the Internet with your laptop. It will still be slow and expensive, but at least you will have access to the disk drives and USB ports (if you need to download or upload something).

Yes there are, but they are expensive. I travelled on Carnival before and you have to purchase time to use the internet. If you're using it to send a few emails it won't be too much, but if you're planning to surf until your heart's content, it might cost you a bunch. Enjoy your cruise, they're lots of fun!! =)

yes, there is an Internet cafe or library, but wait until you get to your destination and find a place to use your computer. It will be much less expensive than on the ship.
