I know people are supposed to be omnivore, but lets face it, almost 90% of young kids (or even adults) prefer meat over veggies. Why is that? Even when we use substitute meat to resemble teh real one, it still doesnt feel as good as real meat. Why do we tend to eat meat over vegetable, is it because we are born a little meat-loving over veggie-loving?

Often meat is "disguised" by breading, sauces, etc., which are normally tasty. In addition, meat is high-protein, which the body subconsciously knows is good for it. Thirdly, a lot of children eat what they are presented with. My friend's daughter is being raised in a vegetarian home. She's never had meat and always opts for veggies. It's what she knows and it's what her parents say they love, so she loves it too. Conversely, kids are often taught that veggies are boring and yucky, so they abstain. This translates into adulthood, which continues the cycle with their children, etc. The body knows what it needs, but it's often nurture over nature.

this is area of the Kosher regulations, yet maximum Jewish people do no longer shop Kosher. basically some previous shaped, non secular ones do. As for why, I basically comprehend that milk and meat are not meant to be mixed at the same time yet no person ever suggested why. I examine as quickly as that there became into some wellbeing reason for it, that meat is extra problematic to digest if dairy is eaten on the comparable time, yet undecided if it rather is actual. on account that cheese is a dairy product, it has milk in it, subsequently no longer blending milk with meat. people who persist with this rule additionally won't devour pepperoni pizza for the comparable reason.

I think most kids and adults eat meat because they think it is very good tasting. Most people don't eat veggies because maybe they think it doesn't have a flavor in it. or to say it is tasteless

Veggies, really should have been pushed more. I have cut back so much on eating meat, that I hardly eat, it anymore. I really don't miss it.

Personally, I think it might be in preparation.

Vegetables tend to not have a lot of taste to me.
Meat, on the other hand, at my house usually tastes sweet or has a good...savory? taste to it.

(( I'm 14. I still have that horrible, I-dislike-veggies thing. ))

Because we grow up eating lots of Meat. (Most likely...)
Or just because it's the only thing that kids have to eat lately.
