I am cooking dinner. It is a roast. I just added onions and potatoes. What else should I add? What kind of seasonings should I add? Thank you.

fresh baby carrots, or cut up big ones cook them in with the roast seasoning i use salt and pepper garlic whole cloves or granulated will do a dry red wine in with it and fresh thyme sprigs or dry ed is great

Carrots, Green Side Salad, Garlic Bread

Seasonings: salt, black pepper, bay leaf, maybe a can of diced tomatoes

well add carrots and some celery to the actual roast.
then as a side; eat the potatoes that you made with the roast;
then your doneeee

Garlic, carrots, salt, pepper, bay leaf - celery would be fine, too but not essential.
