I would say cheese is more popular than mushroom, except for among hippies. But those are different 'shrooms.
I'd say for all the hippies eating pizza, there are 56 little kids scarfing down cheese slices at Chuck E. Cheese.

you can get both. pizza usually comes with cheese so just get it with mushrooms on it and you have both
