Help... I am a 23 yr old woman.. gonna get married in a couple of months.. I need to get rid of these love handles.. I am slim from everywhere else.. except for these love handles.. and I think that draws even more attention to them.. so please tell me ways I can get rid of it!

You should check with your local YMCA, they have lots of different exercize classes. They even have latin dance and belly dance.

Belly dancing is a fun way to tone your mid section, it really isolates all the stomach muscles including the obliques (love handles)! I must warn you it is not easy, but it is a lot of fun with the right teacher!!

i have the same problem, im thin, so my love handles bulge put(at least it seems like). ... what ive been doing and is actually working FAST is that i do 50 situps, 50 bicycles, 50 ankle touches and 50 sit ups on each of my sides. ankle touches is when youre laying in sit up position except you reach for your right ankle, then your left. Bicycles is when your in sit up position and you hold your head with your hands and pedal outward as if you were pedaling a bike. Good luck.....i was just wondering ,though, what does your wedding dress look like?

heres what the military had my son to do to lose his syomach.it will sound really funny but it works.take some preparation H and rub it real thick onto the spots you want to lose.then wrap those areas in plastic wrap,wear it that way while working out and just general walking and jogging.i agree i laughed at first to but it really honestly works.hey if the stuff will shring hemorroids it will do other areas.that stuffis good for alot of things ,read up on it.
