"lisez" is actually a conjugated form of "lire"(vous lisez).

Passé composé : avoir + lu

j'ai lu
tu as lu
il/elle/on a lu
nous avons lu
vous avez lu
ils/elles ont lu

The past participle of lire(to read) is lu.
So j'ai lu= I read, il a lu= he read, etc.
Lisez= read!

Rentu i think it should end with an U since its a re verb. IF the verb ends in "er" then you would change the "er" to "e" with an accent on it. If the verb ends in "re" then you replace the "re" with an "u" If the verb ends with "ir" then you replace the "ir" with"i"
