That sounds more like a rash, skin irritation, or growth (cyst, wart, tag, etc.). I recommend you set up an appointment at your veterinarian for an exam.

The symptoms of prostate cancer in dogs are: englarged prostate, constipation, diarrhea, blood in the stool, sudden weight loss, etc. Hun, if you are concerned get him seen by your vet.

ADD: It is spelled neutered

Neutered is the word.

If he's neutered, he won't have prostate cancer. There are many symptoms, but it's usually pain around that area, and it can interfer terribly with faecal output, it's a pretty nasty disease.

See a vet if you think there's a problem here - no way can anyone even suggest what's wrong from this description!

You can't see Prostate cancer from the outside. It would be internal. Sounds like you boy has some kind of skin infection going on. Bring him to the vets to be seen and then you will know exactly what wrong ok.

That doesn't sound like prostate cancer. Do you know what the prostate is? Sounds like something is irritating the skin. You could ask the vet. Neutered.
