If god knows everything, why did he bother creating earth if he already knows who is going to be attending heaven and hell?

How are our choices "our choices" if he already knows them in advance?

Here are a serious of questions that shows the flaws of god.

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil?
Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God? (Epicurus)

Edit: I see that so far I got about three thumbs down, it can only mean that those who disagree with me think that cop-out answers such as free will or gods plan are acceptable excuse to justify gods lack of action.

Why do you people claim that god is all-knowing, all-powerful and all-loving if my reply shows how much of a flaw god is?

God knows everything, is everything and is beyond everything.
Heaven and hell are merely way stops before we come back here.
Creating earth is but a pittance of the whole. From the smallest particle to the galaxy, from the the messiah to the devil himself, this is all but a part of God's Amusement Park. Built of and populated by God. And free choice is part of that, therefor God only knows potentials of each given part, unless God chooses to. The rest is up to the soul, a cell of the whole. God has no gender or form, but all genders and all forms. And formlessness.
God may not be able to kill God, and that may be the only real absolute. Perhaps in the end it is the souls who grow that will be kept and all else will be dissolved back into God. Have a nice day mammon.

this question comes up alot. like if god knows everything then do we really have free will? but you have to think of god as being more than time. you and me view time as a line on a piece of paper. as seconds progress, we move along the line.

but god is the paper that the line is drawn on. everytime to him is 'now'. so he knows who is going to be going to heaven and hell but that is happening right now to him because he is already there. he sees every moment of time ever as if it is happening right now.

say_no_2_religion makes no sense. and THATS why he is getting all the thumbs down.

yes God is all knowing . YES God is real , I can feel and see his presence in my life . He created earth and all that's in it because he wanted to give "man" a chance to CHOOSE to serve and LOVE him . Instead of Angels that were created to do those things. You can MAKE a child do something but doesnt it feel much better when they do it on their own without being told ? Or when they come up and say they love you with out you saying it first ? God is amazing !

God is all Knowing. He just did not gave you the gift of faith and understanding. Not yet anyway. Pray for it. He might grant you your wish.

Also, nobody could really fathom of what He is and of what He thinks. Just try to praise Him and enjoy each passing moments and consider everything as a gift from Him.

Yes, god knows everything. But he lets us make our own choices. Adam and Eve ate the forbiden fruit and god cursed adam and eve everyone in there family which would be us. So were cursed thats why its impossible to be perfect.

yes he is. He wanted to give people a chance to have a choice. It was created perfectly but disrupted by sin. He knows who's going to hell and who's going to heaven but he's still giving you a choice. IT's up to you to make the right one. GOD BLESS YOU!

Yes.
When Moses asked God "why did you create? He said,
"I was a hidden jewel and because of My love, wanted to show Myself."
He created out of love.
There is no heaven or hell, they are states of existence.

People are sucked too much into this believing of god, which is like conforming to just one belief of living just because of god, such as people would probably say "oh god will save me or god will help me or god knows everything" Seriously, it is bull****.

Yes, He is.

He gave us each the gift of FREE WILL. WE make our own decisions.

Just because God knows all does NOT mean that we didn't make our own decisions. He is like an observer who is separated from our concept of time and space.
