I would say fine. Just don't let any hate-filled person tell you that you can't be gay and Christian too, or that the Bible condemns gayness, because they're wrong.

To me there is no difference between the sexes, it is the same thing right? No discrimination. I would ask them to talk to God about it and we would pray for a while.(Always a good idea) What else could I say? If I had children I would not judge them, I'd leave it up to God. I would still love them and treat them the same because I believe that is how a Christian would act in the situation. I would not neglect to tell them what God says of homosexuality however. I am not a "liberal Christian" by the way.

I will tell my son, or daughter what the Bible says about homosexuality, how it is considered an abomination, a grievious sin towards God. I will tell them the consequences of a life lived in rebellious sin and pray that they repent.
I would be terribly hurt and although I would love my child there would be a wall built between myself and the child.
I would have to make the toughest decision of my life and that is do I love my child more than God, the decision is that I love God more, and I say this because I can not let a love for a child blind me to whats right and wrong.

No, there would be no difference. First, I would start praying for them. Second, I would let them know that their present profession does not change our relationship or love for each other. Third, I would want to try to understand events or situations that led them to this lifestyle. Fourth, I would let them know the tha love of God and Jesus is greater that anything and that He is always waiting for them to repent. Fifth, let them know that even though I disapprove of the lifestyle, I do not disapprove them.

Well, you need to tell them that God created them to be straight and love the opposite gender. But there is absolutely no difference. It is both the gay sin. Um...most people say that they do not hate gay people because God still made those people. But, he did not make them to be gay. People should hate the gay sin as God does but not resent the people. We are supposed to share God's love with people. Even gay people. Hope this helps.

I would still love either one. But get over it. It doesn't matter if they are gay Christians or straight atheists or straight save it for marriage, if they chose false religion, they aren't pleasing Jesus and his Father.
The sex issues are not worse than any other wrong. So why do people keep harping on them more than say stealing or any other crime?

I would hug them, tell them I love them, that God loves them, then make them all clean their rooms. Pick up all that junk and take out the trash! Wash those dishes too.

Why would a natural variation, documented in over 1,500 species, affect the way a person feels about their child?
People are so backwards.
