Who would actually be willing to help stop global warming? Most people sit around, waiting fo someone else to act. Or, some people wait for the government to deal with it. Some people in America are helping stop global warming, but not the amount that should be helping. Global warming is a big issue and needs to be dealt with. It may be a ntural occurance, but humans are contributing a lot in it (the ocean may be giving off CO2, but so are we, and the numbers may be small, but we're helpin giving off CO2 with all of them factories..)

Just sit around some more. In time the climate will get real cold again. We haven't had a warmer year since 1998.
Global warming is not caused by man, and man cannot do anything to "fix" the problem.

What are you doing to contribute? I'm sure your answer came from somewhere good, but maybe you should write about what your doing. "They" say as long as everyone does a little, things will get so much better. How about everyone does a lot. And how about Al Gore getting the Pulitzer Prize? How many other people have made videos about the environment and gotten very little acknowledgment for their efforts. Just because he's a famous political figure, doesn't mean he should get his *** kissed for getting a bunch of people together to make a book and a movie for him.
Oh yeah...I am willing to help stop global warming! lol

of course i would be willing to help. i think everyone should contribute and if everyone did we could atleast slow it down. There is no possible way to completely stop it because it s actually a natural disaster. But yes we could all slow id town so why dont you start now?

This cooling has already killed hundreds of thousands of people. If it continues and no strong action is taken, it will cause world famine, world chaos and world war, and this could all come about before the year 2000. -- Lowell Ponte "The Cooling", 1976
If present trends continue, the world will be about four degrees colder for the global mean temperature in 1990, but eleven degrees colder by the year 2000...This is about twice what it would take to put us in an ice age. -- Kenneth E.F. Watt on air pollution and global cooling, Earth Day (1970)
What we've got to do in energy conservation is try to ride the global warming issue. Even if the theory of global warming is wrong, to have approached global warming as if it is real means energy conservation, so we will be doing the right thing anyway in terms of economic policy and environmental policy. -- Timothy Wirth, former U.S. Senator (D-Colorado)
If radical environmentalists were to invent a disease to bring human populations back to sanity, it would probably be something like AIDS -- Earth First! Newsletter

so far, those environmentalists are the ones willing to stop but we must make our part in order to lessen those gas emissions. this phenomenon can't be stop but maybe if the number of people willing to do something about this will increase, thank God, our planet will be saved
