Oh what the hell.

Pascal's wager doesn't work because it is feared based (which I don't like in the first place), but also any such deity would see through this reasoning in a second, so it doesn't matter.
Also by not believing in God (a theistic one, at any rate) I am able to live my own life how I want, and not how someone else wants it. There is no point in living if I have to do everything how God wants and am unable to make decision for myself.
In addition, morality and honesty and leading a good life are not mutually exclusive from belief in God, so I can still be a good person while an Atheist as well. Finally, if God doesn't let me into heaven because I didn't believe in Jesus and the myths in the Bible (despite leading a moral life) then that is not a heaven I want to be a part of anyway.
Also the correct spelling is "Atheist" not "Athiest".

I don't really understand your question/comment.
Pascal's wager is as next to a used car salesman pitch; a sort of bet-hedging or an eternal guide to covering your butt for the afterlife, a 'just in case'. This is as low a way to convert someone to Christianity as I’ve ever heard.
Any God who would accept someone who believed in him because of Pascal's Wager is no awesome God.

Many atheists have came to the truth while lying on their death bed . Sir Thomas Scott: "Until this moment I thought there was neither a God nor a hell. Now I know and feel that there are both, and I am doomed to perdition by the just judgment of the Almighty."

I'm not in religion, I just click answer on the top of yahoo and it just has a big *** list of questions from all categories. I don't really think about it a lot, but to me its freedom. I like acting stupid getting drunk and having fun. And I'd like to believe in one but there are so many flaws in religions, I'm not going to try to take a religion and turn it into something its not, it should already be 100% genuine if it is truly the word of "God." Just seems fake to me especially Christianity.

It's a very narrow minded sentiment to say that some people become "wise enough to believe in Christ." How can one actually assert that anyone who doesn't share their own belief is a "fool?"
Personally, I think that it's foolish to believe without question in something that's existence can't be empirically proven.
I think that blindly believing what is told to you robs you of your ability to think as an individual, and causes an inability to question the world around you, which renders you unable to think and grow as a person.

I have the right to voice my opinion about religion; its called freedom of speech.
Pascal's Wager is flawed, I prefer the Atheist's Wager.

By changing their beliefs they lose their old ones. And they're here in religion because atheism itself is a religious view.

I don't lose anything, but I've gained a lot. And as we all know, No religion is the other side of religion. Also, one doesn't need to "have" religion in order to be interested in religion.
