Well, it's no health drink! It's made w/ heavy cream and full fat milk, whole eggs.... but for a few cups during the holiday season, paired w/ good food choices other times, you'll probably be fine.

Egg nog is high in fat, sugar, and calories. But, as with anything, moderation is key. Don't deprive yourself from something that you enjoy, just limit your intake :)

It's extremely high in calories and fat. Even the "light" stuff has a ton of calories, not to mention the additional calories if you add some spiced rum, yummy
